Abstract
A volatile business environment, opaque interdependencies and uncertain developments result in an increasing importance of agility. Digitalization represents both, a motivation to build agility within the company and a measure to increase agility in the area of operations. Therefore, this article presents a process model to increase the agility of a company taking into account the effects of digitalization.
