Abstract
Accurate sample thickness determination is essential for many TEM characterization techniques. PACBED is a widely used method for precise thickness measurement in STEM. However, manual comparison of simulated and experimental patterns is time-consuming, subjective, and requires expertise in multislice simulations. Additionally, simulations must be generated for each material system and set of experimental parameters separately [1,2].
