Description
The research area for virtual product development focuses on the development, optimization, and application of computer-aided methods and tools for the design and interpretation of components in automotive engineering. These comprise Computer-Aided Styling (CAS), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Multi-Body Simulation (MBS), Finite Elements Method (FEM) and Product Data Management (PDM).
