Project Details
Description
Scope of the planned work package is to evaluate sensor systems and concepts for measurement of absolute rotor position measurement and shaft torque estimation / measurement in an electrical machine. All technical concepts shall be investigated and compared against each other in a decision matrix. All material and manufacturing cost as well as the needed space shall be considered during the evaluation and shall be listed for each system. HW metrics according to ISO 26262 shall be calculated for each system, combinations of sensor systems giving diverse redundancy shall be investigated as well.
