Description

The Secure Information Technology Center - Austria (A-SIT) has been established as a nonprofit association by the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Austrian National Bank, and the Graz University of Technology in 2000. The Federal Data Processing Center (BRZ) joined as a member in 2012. This constitution of member organisations represents the mission of A-SIT and covers the sectors that are primarily concerned with information security: Public authorities: Legislature, public administration, economic framework, health services, justice, national security Financial community: electronic means of money, electronic transactions Science: Creation and advancement of knowledge in the area of IT-security
