Abstract
This paper describes the so-called 'PhyloChips' hybridization and its application to study bacterial diversity in the rhizosphere of three potato cultivars ('Desiree', 'Baltica' and 'Sibu'). The advantages and limitations of this method in comparison with other fingerprinting methods are discussed.
